1. Locate Your Tracking Number: This unique number can be found on your receipt, dispatch confirmation email, or the label of your item. (Common formats include R123456789IE for registered post or A123456789IE for parcels).

Understanding Your Tracking Status

Our system provides clear and concise updates. Here’s a guide to what they mean:

• Item Accepted / Received: We have received your item at an An Post office or it has been collected by our staff.
• In Transit: Your item is moving through our network on its way to its destination.
• Processing at Mail Centre: Your item is at one of our major sorting facilities being processed for the next stage of its journey.
• Arrived at Delivery Depot: Your item has arrived at the local delivery office that will handle its final delivery.
• Out for Delivery: Our postperson is on their route and your item will be delivered shortly.
• Delivered: The item has been successfully delivered. For some items, this may include the name of the person who accepted it.
• Attempted Delivery: We attempted delivery but no one was available. A notification card will have been left with instructions on how to redeliver or collect your item from your local Post Office.
• Available for Collection: Your item is ready to be collected from your local Post Office. Please bring your notification card and valid ID.
