Monitoring your cargo is a simple, three-step process:

1. Locate Your Consignment Number: This unique number is provided upon booking your shipment. You can find it on your receipt, waybill, or booking confirmation.
2. Enter the Number: Input the full consignment number into the search field above.
3. Click ‘Track Consignment’: View the detailed, real-time status and a complete timeline of your shipment’s progress through our network.

Understanding Your Tracking Status

Our system provides clear and actionable updates. Here’s what they mean:

• Booking Received: We have received your shipment details in our system.
• Picked Up / Door Pickup Completed: Our team has collected the consignment from the origin address.
• In Transit: Your shipment is securely moving through our network towards its destination.
• Processed at Hub: The consignment has been sorted at one of our facilities (SDC or RDC) and is being routed for the next leg of its journey.
• Arrived at Destination Hub: The shipment has arrived at a distribution center near the delivery area.
• Out for Delivery: The consignment is on the delivery vehicle and will be delivered shortly.
• Delivered: The shipment has been successfully delivered. The status will typically include the time of delivery.
• Exception / On Hold: This indicates a temporary delay. Common reasons include address clarification, documentation, or weather. Details will be provided.
