Will the wireless charger work when not connected to a power source?

The M01 cannot charge your device when it is not connected to a power source. The wireless charger does not have a built-in battery component inside, so it cannot store power either.

What is the difference between the 15W charging power referred to by Qi2 and the 15W of the original Qi version?

Qi2 is the upgraded version of Qi, compared to Qi, Qi2 is based on MMP, the power enhancement and compatibility are significantly improved. For the iPhone 12-16, Qi2 can deliver up to 15W of charging power, while Qi is only 7.5W for iPhone.

Does the M01 support infinite hover? Including any angle.

Our recommended method of use is to leave it fully open or use it as a charging pad. When the support angle is too small or too low it will not hold your phone, this is normal, please follow the instructions.

Can I wirelessly charge my Samsung or other brand of watch?

Not suitable, the watch charging position of this device only supports Apple Watch series watches, for other watches we recommend you to use it through the original charger, the M01 has an additional USB-C output, you don’t need to worry about it!

Is it compatible with MagSafe devices?

Please use with MagSafe case or use without case, when the thickness of the case is more than 4mm may affect the charging efficiency transmission. Please note that there is no MagSafe fixing function for the charging position of the headset.
