There is no doubt about sound quality.Perfectly balanced upto 80% volume thereafter bass will remain stable and mids highs will increase.Recommended to use below 80% volume.Best speaker in the market.Go for it or else you will waste your time for finding better than this.

Well this Small beast will do it all. The bass is just accurate in each track. Heard all modern and classics to EDM to Vocals. It’s Just crystal clear. Really a portable speaker to fall in love with 🫰

Water damage not in waranty
Just <2 months of purchase and product is not charging. And JBL is asking to pay for water damage. When they claim 1.5m in water for 30 mins.Worst customer service from JBL, they dont just care."After diagnosis, our engineer found water damage. Unfortunately, this cannot be claimed under warranty, as liquid or physical damage is excluded under the HARMAN-JBL warranty policy. As advised by the engineer, service charges will be applicable to proceed further."
