Good product value for money
been using the Aabo Smart Ring for about a year, and I’m honestly impressed. It’s super light — I forget I’m even wearing it most of the time. It tracks my sleep and heart rate pretty accurately, and I love getting insights right on my phone without having to wear a bulky smartwatch.Battery life is solid (almost a week!), and it charges pretty fast. The design looks premium — I even wear it to work meetings, and no one can tell it’s a gadget. My only complaint is that the app could be a bit faster to sync sometimes, but overall, it’s a great piece of tech.Happy with tech support which i got from Ganga, she was prompt in her response and always eager to help.

They course corrected and now things are worse
I got the ring on 8th October. Today is 6th December. The ring cannot even stay on for 18 hours now. They ask for specifically a 5V charger for charging the ring without providing one. Who has a 5V charger who prefers a ring costing 14k? The app is buggy, disconnects all the time. I use an S23 Ultra, there is no better phone for connectivity. It’s pure torture since past 1 month. I bought a 5V charger, there are no 5V charges that has type C port so new wire. Absolute disaster.UPDATE – The support system is pretty strong. They listened to my issues and arranged a replacement. I was not even at the address where I got the item but they arranged pickup from another location and after testing the ring they sent another that arrived in less than a week. The new one came with the correct wire and now does all the things it wasn’t doing previously. Will keep this review up to date as the testing results in. But overall the customer support is amazing.UPDATE – The ring died on my again in April 2025, they replaced it again but it’s still a useless junk. Lost 13k on such a product. The app never updates, it just randomly decides to update so you get no good data. Honestly a disappointment

Step count
I am writing the review after using ring for almost two months.I bought the ring from Amazon and recieved a used ring. I had returned the ring and was pretty frustrated but the company has contacted me and promptly they sent me a new ring.PROS-Ring is very sleek. Heart rate monitoring is very accurate. I had checked my pulse manually and it was same in Aabo ring aap.Sleep monitoring is very very accurate.It shows exact time you get up .CONS-A big problem with the ring is that step count is not very correct. Even if I am driving my car, it count as step. I had synchronised with Google fit, but still step count is not very accurateIf you are excercising, and do not select in app workout mode, ring doesn’t give calorie burn during workout.Overall a good ring for heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring but step count, workout monitoring is not at all accurate

Worst product
I bought this ring and was not happy with the function and syncing issues..later the customer support team helped in replacing the ring for a fresh one…yet it’s still has the problems sometime on syncing..however they have much to improve on the software..hope they take this review and improve on the same ….

Overall happy with the fit and the comfort of the ring. Few issues1)unable to change daily goals2)unable to change from metric units3)the ring stopped recording for 2 days and then is back to recording again.Definitely returning this.. 300$ is lot of money for something that isnt reliable.

I liked it the first couple of months until it stopped holding a charge. I reached out to customer service a couple of times regarding the problem, they were good to respondHowever, the help they gave wasn’t helpful- like use the charger that came with it. I was using it and change a setting, which I did but that seemed to make it worse or it was just a coincidence that it got worse. It started not even lasting 8 hrs sleep time and doesn’t give any information ☹️ totally useless now
