Specs Look Great, But the Product is Deeply Flawed
I was initially attracted by the great specs for the price, but my hands-on experience was incredibly disappointing.Build Quality:The build quality is a major letdown. The laptop is made of a very lightweight plastic that feels hollow and has a worrying amount of flex. Honestly, I’ve seen better-built toys. Pressing firmly on the keyboard deck or lid makes the whole thing bend.Performance:It works okay if you’re only using a single browser tab. But as soon as you open multiple tabs or try to do basic multitasking (like just having Chrome and File Explorer open), the fans go into overdrive. They get extremely loud, like a mini rocket getting ready for launch, and the laptop gets uncomfortably hot.Display:This was the worst part. Right out of the box, the screen had severe backlight bleed and a very strong, unpleasant yellowish tint. It wasn’t subtle—it was clearly visible in a well-lit room and made watching anything a bad experience. When I looked into it, the response I got suggested this was a “characteristic” of the panel, but the level of bleeding and tint I saw was far beyond normal.Summary:Even though the specs are tempting, the combination of the flimsy, hollow build, the extremely loud fans, and the poor-quality display made this a product I could not keep. I was expecting much better.Plus cherry on top all this with one month delay in refund and serial number mismatch in product and invoice that sounds phishy and Acer technical supoort that is just a call center with 0 technical knowledge.Note: I need to rewrite this using AI since my original goes agains the community guidelines and amazon cannot post it.

The built quality is okay but not as good as my previous ACER laptops. Used for more than 15 days. It’s noisy at times but overall value for money.

Worst product to buy
Hinge is very loose – upon giving just minor force or moving my legs, laptop screen goes into 180 mode.Speakers are worst – not getting enough sound and also bass has poor quality
