Very unpleasant experience when a new product became faulty within a month 😭
I don’t know how is the product but I have bad luck it’s sure because on 28th day of my purchase the Laptop became black out. Amazon customer care raise its hand told return policy has ended so make contact with company. The company man visited and told the RAM is diffective, I am ordering the company when come I will rectify. At present the new Laptop is lying on bed don’t know it’s future??? Waiting for the technician when it will be rectified…

Received today, one day early than expected date in ok condition. Packing was excellent, after following manual guide and some initial setup, it’s working like a rocket.Getting it in less than 30k on Diwali sale with creditcard discount. It’s a good deal.

Laptop is working fine but i got a different brand charging adapter which is heating too much, i file a complaint against the adapter.
