    Don’t buy cause they won’t help
    After 1.5 years, some of my keyboard keys stopped working, so I created a request with Acko to initiate a pickup or technician visit at my home, as they clearly advertised on this page. Instead, they asked me to go to the service center, get an estimated cost, make a detailed video of the laptop, take photos from all sides, and then send all these details back to them. Only then would they decide whether to approve my claim or not. If they approve, I have to visit the service center again, pay for the repair, and then revert to them once more. If everything goes well, only then will they reimburse the repair charges to my bank account.This is a complete scam. Stay away from Acko. It’s better to buy a company extended warranty or go for some other third-party warranty service. I’m never trusting Acko again.

    Unable to see laptop warranty extension details.
    Unable to see the laptop warranty details the Acko protection plan. There are offerings of bike and car insurance. No page or options to see my newly purchased laptop insurance or extended warranty details which had already bought from Amazon.
