Everything is good except mute button sync.
Product is good but mute button could not sync with actual mute. So we have to mute on meeting controls only.

Mic. is very ineffective. Only works from very close range, not at all suitable to conf. /meeting room. Audio quality is average . Trying to return, but finding it difficult to do so.

Audio is a bit low. As we r using it in a noisy place, even with full volume, it is still bit low, but ok. We a r eusing usb connectivity, many times it needs a reset (unplug and replug) to use the connection. It connects quickly though.Overall good, bit expensive.

Easy to set up and use. No issues connecting. Perfect size and portable. Volume gets nice and loud. Mike picks up everything even if far-ish away. Purchased to enhance my Bible study bc we often have 1-2 people who can’t make it in person and want to join remote and just a phone on speaker or FaceTime was nottt cutting it for group discussion with people sitting all over a living room. This has been a high-quality and good value solution!
