Dear Ambrane Support Team,I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deepdisappointment and frustration regarding the customer supportexperience I have encountered while trying to resolve an issue with aproduct I purchased from Ambrane.On July 30, 2023, I placed an order for a cable : Ambrane 2in1 Type Ccharge and sync (Amazon Invoice number – BLR8-2549998) from Amazon,and initially, the product worked satisfactorily. However, after a fewdays of usage, the cable stopped working altogether. In my efforts toseek assistance and have the issue resolved, I have faced significantchallenges and setbacks.Firstly, I contacted the Ambrane helpline, and they advised me tovisit the nearest service center to get assistance with the faultycable. I followed their advice promptly and went to the service centerin Pune Hadapsar area (BG Telecom) with the expectation of receivingsupport to resolve the issue. However, my experience at the servicecenter was far from satisfactory.The service center employee informed me that they were unable togenerate a job sheet for my complaint because the model number of thecable was not available in their system. This lack of information ontheir end left me perplexed and frustrated, as I expected a moreseamless resolution process for a product purchased from a reputedbrand like Ambrane. They also advised me to leave the cable with themso that they can try to raise the request later. I called the themtoday to check for an update they said they are not able to progressanything and advised me to contact Ambrance support team.Furthermore, I contacted the helpline once again to report this issue.They generated a new complaint ID for me – S230914MH2133229. However,when I shared this new reference with the service center employee, Iwas met with indifference and told that it would be of no use. To myastonishment, the employee refused to assist me any further,effectively stating that I should come and collect the cable as theywere unable to help.This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing andfrustrating. As a customer, I have not only received a faulty product,but I have also been met with uncooperative and unhelpful customersupport, both on the helpline and at the service center. This lack ofresponsiveness and resolution is not what I expected when I chose topurchase Ambrane products.I believe in the quality and reputation of Ambrane, and I had hopedfor a more customer-centric approach to resolving issues. However, mycurrent experience has left me deeply unsatisfied.I kindly request that you take immediate action to investigate andrectify this situation. I urge you to ensure that your customersreceive the support and assistance they deserve when they encounterissues with Ambrane products. Worst cable from Ambrane
Worst cable from ambrane, I have purchased this cable or 4 time and does’t last for more that 2-3 weeks. Initially I bought it works for more than 2 months but later stopped working, then I ordered again same cable and stopped working after 1 week, then I place replacement and that replacement cable again stopped working after 10 days. Don’t buy this product at all I will damage your phone your brain everything.
