Very good laptop, value for money
Very good laptop, value for money.I bought it due to my tight budget but end up getting the best product in my budget.I use it for study , I run 8-10 applications simultaneously including copilot, chat gpt and chrome with 8-10 tabs opened-ram usage reaches 90% yet it feels very smooth.It comes with great looks, good quality speakers, nice display with wide viewing angles.Like every aspect is optimum, it didn’t disappointed me once after purchase.I haven’t done gaming so I can’t tell about gaming experience but multitasking and studying wise it’s a great laptop.

Value for the money, I have been using this laptop for the past 15 days, this is my honest opinion, with a Ryzen 3 and 8gb rams, it’s good for normal intensive gaming like eSports titles, good laptop go for it. The battery life is good, Speed of the laptop is insane, heating is good doesn’t heat while gaming, display is ok

Delivery issue
Product is good ,but delivery received to the delivery partner they didn’t deliver the product on time, they keep the product with them without any reason and status showing the product will be delivered 5 days after.

Recieved Defective Laptop
I had received this laptop with a manufacturing defect that of Green vertical line on display. As per the replacement policy I had gone to the service centre where they provide me a DOA ( Defective On Arrival ) certificate within two days. And then I contacted to the Amazon costumer care and they completely understand my problem but they will have been providing me Refund for the laptop instead of replacement…I’m waiting for my refund which will be hopefully credited within 13 working days as per they committed….I know that there is no fault of Amazon in this cause they are only retailer not manufacturer.I am totally disappointed with ASUS.I was buying laptop for my office work as I do my official work in home easily but it became a headache and time wasting cause I had to absent my office for going Service centre for two days …Overall the experience is quite good but from now I suggest that it is better to buy electronics form offline shop.🥲👍

I’m reviewing this product after 15 days use.Overall quality of product is good.Light weight so it’s easy to carry.Ryzen 3 processor works great. No heating issue.Battery life is very good.I’m using this for my daily task like ms office, chrome, drive, internet etc.I would recommend this product to everyone confused between Intel i3 and Ryzen 3.
