WELCOME TO HELL
Worst ever Product and Super Worst Customer service.I got this product on 5th May 2025, it worked very well for a total of 2 days, and then suddenly stopped connecting.I called the customer support here here whats happenCall 1 – They asked for video showing what is the problem with the product.After sending the Video they took 2 days to reply, and i got a troubleshooting link which mentioned to turn on the OTG and few other steps. (Which clearly they dont understand that i followed as the product was working and i have tried multiple devices.) I replied on whats app that i have tried everything but its still not working the same day when i received the message.Call 2 – This call i made almost after 3 days as i recalled that there is no response.They arranged a pickup so that their engineers will test.It took almost a week for the pickup guy to come and i have made few calls in the same week.Call 7-8 i guess – So almost a month has passed they have my product but there is no reply. When i called i was a little disappointed by the service already. After a month i they told me that they are still testing.Now i dont know what kind of rocket science testing was done on a Lapel mic which took almost a month to check if the connection is working or not.Few more weeks later… I got a little angry and called the customer care… Still testing and then when i refused to disconnect the phone and asked for maanger. they mentioned they cannot transfer the phone to manager.Not sure if you guys are too pissed off after just listening to this but to cut this short i have still not received the device back from the customer support. By the way they have denied that the product is faulty by sending me a video and showing that its working. So i said send me the product back i will try it again.Its been 3 months now today is 8th Aug. and i called them today asking about the delivery status. Asked them if i can get a tracking number. NO NOTHING NADAA… They dont have that details as well.So be carefull before you buy anything from AUDIO ARRAY. If it works it works if not then i would just say one thingWELCOME TO HELLL…!!!!!

A great find in the sea of wireless microphones
I was a little nervous making my first purchase of a Bluetooth microphone. There were cheap ones and some really premium ones. I wanted neither! And finding the in-betweens was a challenge for someone with little knowledge. But some things are definite – great battery, excellent audio quality and noise cancellation. Audio Array caught my eye for being the perfect option for beginners like me. It connected seamlessly with my OP 12 (for older Android models, head over to phone settings-> sound and vibration->more settings->default device->external device). The battery back-up is excellent, as is the ease of selecting different modes on the mic. The noise cancellation is on-point and you can easily notice the difference without it. If I had one suggestion, that would be to increase the battery size of the case to 1000mAh and also increase the size of the mic’s battery. The YTuber’s detailed video review on his channel is very helpful. This is one of the most beginner-friendly and decent-quality models in the market. I would recommend it in a heartbeat.
