Like this laptop. Utmost fanless laptops are having some heat after 1.2 hours of continuous working. But this laptop after 6 hours continous usage also nothing heat at bottom. I am professional typist since my babyhood. Since commencement of desktop and laptop to india much more purchased for my professional use. AXL laptop is cheapest, the best laptop in 128 gb ssd segment. Nothing struck or hanging while its continuous usage. At my professional usage also nothing found any defect either of battery issues or of manufacturing defect. AXL is indian product, thanks for manufacturing by the company and introduce through online and sale by Amazon. Happy professional usage customer. Amount is cheapest , brand and quality is highmost. New laptop isn’t working
I have purchased AXL brand new laptop. Laptop audio isn’t coming, new laptop zero second backup and after some time screen also off. I have called many times in customer care number but no one have answers and I have sent the mail for laptop replacement /service support but no one have reply from last week to till now. I have very bad experience with AXL brand laptop.

The audio issue is solvable. Laptop is of good quality in worth of its price.
The laptop is a great bulid as per its price. Enough for normal browsing and a little gaming. Do not expect it to do wonders. I bought for my kids school, good looking laptop and enough battery. Windows preinstalled is great. As you have to setup it gives a feeling of ownership.Only the AXL written doesn’t look so amazing. They should change to some logo to make more enticing. But a good sticker can fix it.There was an issue of audio device not installed. But a quick call with AXL( not Amazon) tech support solved it.

Budget laptop with some compromises
A good laptop for its price. You will get a bare nuc by Intel in this price, and you have to add monitor, ram, SSD etc.Good thingsPriceBuild qualitySound for its priceMinimum configuration provided for its price.Bad thingsTouchpad not goodWindows lags continuoslyNot upgradable. Just you can change SSD.Battery backup not as advertised. Max it can go on is 3-4 hours.Proposed solutions for the laptopInstall manjaro Linux, works beautifully on this laptop.For that disable secure boot in the bios.Daily work like office, and web surfing is ok.If you put multi tabs load on it, sometimes it may occur that the laptop is hanging, just try to restart it. Although it happened one or two times in Linux but more frequently in windows.

Average quality of laptop
CPU is 100% utilised and memory is 90% utilised without doing anything. Every activity is lagging.Even the charger is made in China. Such a shame. I doubt whether the laptop is made in India. A company which can build a laptop should also be capable of making a charger.After installation of the mandatory Microsoft patches, it is behaving well. Using for 1 year without any major complaints. Good for light use.
