I recently had the misfortune of purchasing this watch, and I must say it’s been a disastrous experience. This watch is, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever owned.The watch’s accuracy is laughable, losing/gaining minutes daily. The battery life is abysmal, requiring constant recharging.The promised features are either non-existent or unreliable. The step count is slow, and the heart rate monitor is inaccurate. Even doesn’t work.The manufacturer’s customer support is non-existent. My queries were ignored, and issues remain unresolved.This watch is an absolute waste of money. I regret every penny spent.- Inaccurate timekeeping- Sensors are not working- Unreliable features- Non-existent customer supports . It’s a zero-star product that fails to deliver on every promise.
