   Good product, but need to consider some negatives too
   Belkin 65W pd charger with pps. 19 July 2024. ₹3549Came in a plastic amazon packaging without any cardboard box (other than the product packaging), and as a result, the product packaging was crushed in transit, but the seal was not broken. contacted Amazon regarding this damage of packet during transit and the reply was appaling. It was told they wont replace the product unless the product is visibly damaged. Means if they internally damage the product in transit but it works for the time being, we need to face the consequences. And amazon further added that the product comes with a manufacturer warranty, ie we have to carry the burden of claiming warranty for the inability of amazon to deliver the product in good condition. Upon testing the charger was charging the phone.Now about the charger:Very compact. Almost the same size as Samsung 25W pd charger, but is heavier (belkin is 111g compared to 75g of samsung charger) (see pictures for size comparison)Feels premium and of good overall build quality, but to nitpick the seams are not perfect but of slight misalignment, but is not noticeable unless you look for it.The plastic quality seems good, but easily absorbs dirt and ink. Pen marks are not easily erasable.45W pps is not supported for samsung. it only charges at 25W speeds as it only supports Samsung Superfast charge v1.0, not v2.0.The charging doesn’t start for about 1-2 seconds after connecting. maybe it is the initial handshake, but samsung chargers (as my pione is samsung) almost starts charging instantly. Maybe because of 2 ports and variable power levels based on simultaneous connections.Overall, it is a good choice for users of phones with USB PD charging protocol, but for pps like samsung, it is good upto 25W. Good for frequent travellers, as it is compact, with 2 charging ports. Since the EU rules are in favour of open source standards, PD should be the go to fast charging protocol in the future, even for small laptops. hence this charger is possibly able to be usable for years to come, said that it doesn’t get damaged. But for samsung premium phone users who consider 45w fast charging a priority, you should go for the samsung 45W charger. Though it only makes a difference of less than 10-15 minutes in a full charge. But samsung 45w charger is bulkier and heavier compared to this. and is also only able to charge 1 device at a time.

Excellent product, when used it with a good cable (like Belkin or Apple or Mi or Samsung) it can charge variety of devices.Working with following: Galaxy Phone, iPhone, iPad, HP Laptop (65W), Thinkpad Laptop (65W) !!Samsung Super Fast charging !! PDA3.0PPS power delivery makes it compatible with 65W Laptop charging (alibi bit slow due to 30W capacity).Bit pricey, but One for all !!

   Defective product, crappy customer service. Don’t waste your money
   One port of the dual port charger did not work.Belkin has only a call centre phone number and no email address.Tried the call centre phone number for 3 days and each time, I was left on hold for more than 10 minutes and then it got disconnected.I called Amazon for help. They just gave me the Belkin phone number and website and said to come back if the brand didn’t respond in 48 hours.Finally, tried Live Chat on Belkin website. After a 20 minute wait, a Belkin representative took the details and confirmed that a replacement would be shipped to my home. I asked for a confirmation email and was told it will come in 24-48 hours. No email came.Again I tried the call centre and this time, miracle of miracles, I got through to a human being. This gentleman said I will need to go their authorized service centre and drop off the product and I will receive a new one.Spoke to the Delhi service centre, before going, and they confirmed they will replace.Went to service centre and then they said – sorry we don’t have the replacement in stock and please come back next week.Waiting to see if I get a replacement while my money is down the drain.

   Perfect for Iphone 17 pro
   Using this to charge my Iphone 17 pro. It works perfectly and provides the adequate 40W needed to the device to fast charge upto 80%. The dual ports are a very convenient addition. The adaptor size is small and its easy to carry around as well. There is no cable in the box though so ensure that you have a Type C to Type C cable separately that supports fast charging capabilties of this charger.
