I’ve been using the BENIO Smart Watch for a bit now, and I’m pretty happy with itt. It’s got over 23 sports modes, so it’s great for anyone who likes different kinds of sports. It automatically tracks my steps, distance, and calories every day, and I can check my heart rate and blood oxygen levels whenever I want. Plus, it gives me data on my sleep, which helps me understand how well I’m resting and how I can sleep better.I like the watch faces. There are 75 different dials to choose from, and they all look pretty cool. I can even put my own photos as the watch face, which is neat. It’s easy to switch between different designs, either on the watch or through the app.It has smart notifications – I get alerts for calls, texts, and pretty much any app you can think of, like Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, and Instagram. It also shows real-time weather.It’s waterproof with an IP67 rating, so I don’t have to worry about getting it wet when I do water aerobics. It charges in about 2 hours and lasts up to 30 days on standby, 20 days in power-saving mode, and about 7-10 days with regular use.It works with both iOS and Android phones, which is nice. They also give you a 1-year warranty and 24/7 tech support, so if you have any issues, they’ve got you covered. Overall, it’s a good watch with lots of features, and I’m pleased with it.

The BENIO smartwatch I received came with two sets of straps in the box, one black and the other one that came attached, was kind of a blush color, that I didn’t particularly like. From the picture, I thought that it was going to be either white or beige. I ended up changing over to the black strap. The straps attach with pins. Getting the old one off was easy. Getting the new one on, that was another story. It took me quite a while to get the small pins to align in the correct spots.Once I got the straps connected, I could see that the style of the watch was very nice. It’s also very comfortable to wear. In addition, the app lets you change up the face of the watch, with plenty of options to choose from. Since I liked the way the watch looked, I was disappointed that it did not have an always-on feature. The face only shows (shortly) if I shake my wrist or hit the activation button.The different functions are easy to access from the watch, however, the app does not clearly define each of these functions or how they work. Some of the numbers (Steps, BP, Temperature) seem to be way off. The step count on the BENIO watch showed a few thousand steps less than my Fitbit on the first day I wore it. Most of my step activities that day were done on a treadmill. My Fitbit recognized it but apparently, the BENIO watch did not. It was off by thousands of steps. Yesterday and today when I was walking, the BENIO showed a couple of hundred steps more, than my Fitbit.I feel that the Fitbit I own is more reliable than the BENIO, but considering the BENIO watch is more than $100.00 less expensive, I need to be patient. I will continue to wear the BENIO, and see if the numbers become more consistent.
