Good quality for a low price
Purchased the black headset for using on internet calls through the laptop. So far, so good! The quality of the sound and noise cancelling is excellent for the price of these. There are more expensive headsets available on amazon and obviously you get what you pay. But I personally feel the quality of this USB headphone is very competitive with other brands that costs more than 4k for same kind of usb headphone.I only wear these during calls so not for a long period of time, but feel comfortable and light. I would really recommend for this price also the packing quality is very strong and branded• Budget price• Quality built• Comfortable & lightweight to wear• Music bass is not that good, but ok for calls• Good customer support• Easy warranty

Poor customer service and poor quality make BigPassport Headphones unworthy of purchase.
BigPassport USB Wired Over Ear Headphones are made up of inferior quality product. Within one week of purchase headphones started static noise in the earpiece. This was unbearable so i approached Customer support (as the product was under warranty). It took two days for them to respond, and they were looking at Mic issue rather than earpiece static noise. After 5 days they understood what i was complaining. Then they send message in Whatsapp to send the headset to Delhi office.BigPassport customer support and sales team are least bother about what address you are going to send and what will happen to you during the time you send the headphones for repair. On top i have to send through courier..By looking into all these issues, it is good if people can buy from Renowned makers who take responsibility of what they sell and care for their customer.Really bad experience with product and customer care team.

Well priced USB Headphones for Office Calls
Good headphones!! A must-have for those who take office calls during Covid times in a “Work From Home” scenario. They don’t cost as much as Logitech ones but offer much more reliability via a USB Port as opposed to a 3.5 mm jack that keeps causing disconnection issues and crackling sound. This model (Pro Boom 722) in particular, has soft cushions and seems like something that can last for years if handled properly.While leather may start coming off with time (it is the case with most headphones with a faux leather layer on cups), the built quality seems like something that wont disappoint in the long run. Logitech offers similar kind of Headphones with a much heftier price tag. In fact, their USB Headphone range starts at 2k and above. I have used cheaper BigPassport Headsets before and returned those because their quality wasn’t that good and they were priced as much as these. Now their price has gone down and this one is available around 1200 which is a really good deal.I have even tested the noise cancellation and it works fine. I played a radio right next to my laptop at a very loud sound and recorded it while I was talking. When I heard back the recording, I found that whenever I was talking, there was virtually no background noise and when I stopped, there was a very faint music playing in the background. All in all, it passed the noise cancellation test with flying colors in my book (considering the price you pay).If you take office calls from home and via your laptop, my advise is to invest in a USB Headset instead of 3.5 mm jack ones because USB ones are so so much better. I have used these headphones with apps such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom etc. and it works with everything.

Big passport headphones PRO BOOM 722
These wired headphones are pretty cool. Soft cushion for ear comfort, great sound quality and noise cancellation plus a flexible mic which captures your speech clearly. Good for calls and music too. The wired chord is long enough to stretch across a study table.The warranty registration is very simple and the service provided for the same is quick. The staff is very prompt and efficient. I recommend the product.

I used this product for 2 month and then I realized that this item is not good and not even worthy.The headphones are small in size they even not fit on the ear fully and make it difficult to use it for 6 to 8 hours.It doesn’t have any noise cancellation and also our voice even couldn’t reach to the next person sometimes they even can’t hear you properly.It is not comfortable to use due to it’s size.The weight of this headphones are okok but one could not use this product for more than 2 hours.I even try to return and replace this product but the delivery agent give only 1 call and cancel my return and then even no one call back and never the pickup attend for anouther time I thought Amazon is good company and easy to use but as per my experience I’ll choose flipkart for delivery and customer support.
