Pathetic speaker and misleading service by Amazon
A used product has been sent. There is no return policy. Although amazon says you can replace the item but when you click on replace, they ask you to go to company or their service office to avail the warranty. If I wanted to deal directly with the company, I would have bought it from their website at the same price. And I would have probably received new fresh product.And about the speaker, its pathetic, they are advertising it like a group chat speaker but the mic is so bad that if you need to send a voice note you literally have to put it close to your mouth otherwise your voice won’t record.
