Needs To Improve Build Quality But LDAC Support and Battery Backup Wins Hearts 💓💓💓
Boat Rockerz Trinity Grande is a very good product and value for money.Build quality may not be it’s strong point but the battery backup and LDAC Audio Codec support is its unique selling point.You can buy it from Amazon or boat shopping app. You won’t regret buying this one, just use it with care and make sure to keep the wires clean from dust and sweat after use. Make sure to have two neckbands and use it on alternate days. Don’t use this neckband rigorously or else you will find wear and tear issue coming within a span of 6 months or likewise.The second unit can be used as a backup, it can be from any brand, you can choose Portronics Harmonics Y1 Neckband as well, a very good deal at the given price point with 1 year warranty.1 Neckband should not be used everyday if you want longer span with neckbands. You will often see some Youtubers saying that they have some good old neckband lasting for 2 to 3 years but they don’t tell you that they don’t use them on a regular basis.This is my observation with all neckbands that if you don’t have a braided cable neckband, then, you will get to see wear and tear and then the respective brands will not provide you warranty on that issue.I have deducted one star for build quality which needs to be improved and missing ANC as that can be given at the given price point. Go for the black color variant of Boat Rockerz Trinity Grande and you will save some bucks and get same quality.There is no point in giving extra money for other color variant as it doesn’t make any sense. I have purchased this one on 20th September 2025 and I am satisfied with the product and there is nothing to complain except for build quality. Connectivity, latency and music quality is all good as per 10mm driver size. I don’t see any other brand offering LDAC Codec, no matter what price you’re paying. Higher price neckbands will give you ANC and less latency and nothing more than that, build quality is likewise in all other brands as well.Boat is the only brand offering braided cable in some other neckbands. If build quality is your concern, then, stay away from Boat Rockerz Trinity series as you will be disappointed, the wires are thick but still there are complaints about wear and tear which is common if you use one neckband all throughout the year irrespective of the brands.

Product sound is not like it’s previous version boat rockerz trinity. Bass is not deep. Battery is too goodNo benifits of its own music app at allMost of time it’s sound look like flat just 100-200 earphoneAt the same price I recommend rockerz trinity

Low Volume, intermittent sound quality | Amazon Bill tampered
After using for a month, writing this review to save buyers like me not to waste their money and get disappointed. Also The product team has to improve this quality. The volume is very very low on both the speakers of the headset and intermittently working. I couldn’t use this headset at all while travelling and sometimes at home due to such low volume.i a I checked connecting this headset to different phone but still same issue. Also tried different headset to my phone and it works fine. I had earlier used two Boat Rockers wirelsss necbands without any issues. With that good experience, I ordered this latest Trinity Grande version but wasted the money.When I reached Boat product vendor Support, they said the Amazon Bill is tampered and warranty cannot be claimed.As next step, when I reached Amazon detaling the same, they said they will check and get back but till now ( even after a month) no proper support for the replacement. Now that I wasted my full amount and headset is of no use.Hence,@Amazon Support,Please check why bill downloaded from Amazon is tampered and why Boat vendor says it’s not legitimate. If so, how we can proceed purchasing other products needing vendor support. What is the challenge in replacing the defective product or refund ?

Worth the price
This product is amazing. It has great battery life and the audio quality is amazing as well. Worth the price. Mic quality is not as great as expected. And it’s pretty durable, you can just put it in your pocket when you are not using it.
