The Boat Chrome Eon smartwatch feels premium and comfortable on the wrist. The display is clear and bright, making it easy to use indoors and outdoors. Battery backup is impressive and lasts around 4-5 days. Fitness tracking is quite good, and the Bluetooth calling feature works smoothly. Touch is also very responsive. Overall, value for money smartwatch.

I am extremely disappointed with this product and the customer service Amazon experience.The sensor is not working at all the product has been defective. I contacted Amazon customer support but they have not provided any proper help. The support team seems completely unaware of how to handle customer issues and keeps giving unclear or incorrect responses.At the time of purchase, a 10-day replacement policy was clearly mentioned. However, when I requested a replacement within this period, I was denied support. This feels misleading and dishonest they cheatingAs per my experience don’t buy this product

boAt Chrome Eon smartwatch use karke overall kaafi satisfied hoon. Display sharp aur colorful hai, notifications clearly dikh jate hain. Health features jaise heart rate, stress aur sleep tracking daily routine mein kaam aate hain. Workout aur walk track karna easy ho gaya hai. Watch pehne mein light lagti hai aur pure din comfortable rehti hai. Battery backup bhi decent hai, roz charge karne ka tension nahi. Look stylish hai aur casual ke saath formal wear par bhi achha lagta hai.

Good features for the price. Quality, finish and display very nice. Connectivity to IOS is seamless.After a week I charged the battery.Few things to consider: Swinging hands in stationary position also recorded as steps (misleading).Since my wrist is thin, the whole watch sits end to end on my wrist. Probably due to this it doesn’t record heart beats on demand, but during the course of the day it does record. Same goes for SP02 reading which also is not recorded on demand. Overall good.
