I’m extremely disappointed with my Boat watch experience. Upon close inspection, I noticed a rubbery substance oozing out from the edges, which looks cheap and unprofessional. Despite having a replacement policy, Amazon refused to assist me, citing technical issues. Their customer care is unresponsive, and the AI chat is useless.To make matters worse, the watch frequently disconnects, and syncing data is a hassle. The configuration fails repeatedly, resulting in loss of precious data like steps, heartbeat, and sleep patterns. What’s is the use of emergency button when the watch often disconnects. This has made the watch feel like a mere digital toy.What’s shocking is the lack of support from both Boat and Amazon. Boat’s customer care email went unresponded, and their customer care number doesn’t pick up calls. I’m left feeling frustrated and helpless. Unless both companies improve their customer support, I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.*Issues:*1. Defective product with rubbery substance oozing out2. Poor customer support from Amazon and Boat3. Frequent disconnections and data syncing issues4. Loss of data due to configuration failures*Advice:* Avoid purchasing from Boat if you expect better customer support. Amazon’s return policy needs improvement as well.

The watch is value for money but not the service.
It is a very good watch with many relevant and useful recording of your activities and health. Very user friendly, looks great when you ware it. Its app on the mobile is also very easy to use. The only negative point I have is about their service. Even though I bought the installation help by paying Rs. 370, the agency in my place was not all helpful. So please done buy the installation help and regret.

The watch is really premium and is of super quality. It is extremely featured and has really good performance. I ordered it for my wife and she just loved it. It has features like bluetooth calling , heart rate monitoring ,sleep tracking, weather and so much more.The quality is solid and the design is very very modern. It suits and fits everyone as it has metallic adjustable straps.Pairing it with the app is really easy and for this price range, it is definitely a good purchase.

The display is clear and bright, even outdoors. I found the health features quite useful—it tracks heart rate, SpO2, sleep, and more with decent accuracy. Bluetooth calling works well, and adding contacts through the app was simple. One thing I really liked is the SOS feature with live location sharing—it gives a sense of safety. The battery lasts about 4–5 days if you don’t use calling too much. Overall, it’s a solid watch with all the essential features for daily use.

watch is good looking but within 1 month display problemI went to boat service centre and they said they will replace italthough the same watch stock is available in boat website they are saying that this watch is out of inventory stock so select any watch from only two options they have provided which is not suitable for womanthis is very poor service from boatthink twice before you purchase boat as the service is poor
