Pathetic product
This is the first time I am writing reviews and I would love to mention the pathetic customer service the company provides1. The warrenty claim does not take longer than a minute but ofcourse the service engineer would not pick your call for even a week.2. There is no proper timeline as to when would the replacement finally done the complaint would be left for about atleast 17-20 days with no clue as to when the product will finally be replaced.3. If you will call the customer care service of the product they will give you assurance that the product complaint is shifted to priority basis but but but they won’t do a bit after that they will definately say to give them 2 days but after 2 days when you will call them again they will say to give them extra 2 days untill your time is not fully wastedAlthough I have purchased other products of boat like the airdops (the product is good) but this time they really didnt careI would say if you purchase products with low money involve in it you might get good service but if you have invested good amount of money then my friend you are cooked …Although it should have happen the other way roundThankyou boat for wasting my time

Good product poor battery backup
Sound base mic everything clear and good but battery backup is not sufficient with led it work for 2 hrs and without led it works for 4 hrs

Very good !!I am sharing my review after 45 days os usage.It is giving best sound at indoor but outdoor, we have to compramise littilebit but not a bad.Rating..Sound quality 5 out of 5Trible 5 out of 5Bass 4 out of 5TribleImprovement : Boat has to improve Bass part.Conclusion: The best performance in indoor as my hall size is 13×30.

Sound is good but I am unable to understand the purpose of boat wearable app… It’s very basic app. You can use USB, SD card, Micro SD card yo play songs but you can not shuffle songs while listening. We are bound to listen them one by one. You can not choose a particular song from the database. When using good quality microphone then it can be used for karaoke and you can record your singing as well. The out put is not at all 220W…. Battery backup is not as much as mentioned. Battery lasts upto 2 hours only. So so product… with limited functionality. If you get it below 10 K then OK otherwise go for some better products.
