A good quality Smart Watch
I recently bought the boAt Ultima Ember Smartwatch and I’m really happy with it. The AMOLED display looks super clear and bright. It’s very comfortable to wear and the fitness tracking is quite accurate. The watch faces are cool, and the battery lasts well. Great value for money and stylish too, bluetooth connectivity is good. Also the touchscreen is also very much accurate. Highly recommended.

Warranty Policy breached. Non-responsive customer service
service ticket number 61464509. Immediate Escalation Required – Breach of Warranty PolicyI writing this in absolute frustration and disappointment at the way my warranty repair case has been handled.My watch- Ultima Ember- stopped working within 15 days of purchase. I raised a waranty claim and sent it to the company. They claimed my watch is alright and they will send it back to me.Boat’s own warranty policy clearly states that a product repaired under warranty will be delivered to the customer within 5 to 7 days of generating an AWB. On 10.11.25 I received an email with the AWB. It has now been 7 full days since the AWB was generated.As I received no further information on email from your side or even a response to my query email 3 daya ago, i called your helpine om 17.11.25 and have been informed by your representative, Ms. Sanya Mhd Irfat, that my product has not even been dispatched. This is a direct violation of your stated commitment.To make matters worse, instead of expediting the case, Ms. Sanya instructed me to wait another 72 hours merely for an acknowledgement from your backend team—after which, at some unspecified timeline, I will be told when my product will finally be dispatched.This is unacceptable. Despite repeated requests, she made no effort to escalate or fast-track the matter. Shockingly, she even refused to connect me to a senior representative, claiming that “they cannot speak to a customer during an ongoing call.” After which she turned around to comment that I delayed raising a concern regarding the un-met timeline. What non sense is this?I fail to understand how you can expect a customer to wait endlessly and be accused of being at fault, when the delay is entirely due to your broken process. The product should have been returned within the promised timeline, and yet I am being asked to tolerate indefinite delays without accountability.Now boat has stopped replying to emails as well. So essentially my product is missing because of the company’s error and they are refusing to give me any info or a refund.

Replacement problem
Please note that if you are lucky you will get a good working item, if you get a defective item that will never be replaced. I purchased 15 days back that is not counting steps correctly, sleep times not showing correctly, asked for replacement, they have collected the watch along with charger in original package. But returned saying there is no problem when checked, but it is not working even now. While returning changed changed. They sent phone charger instead of watch charger. When complained they are asking for courrier package images og all six sides which was already thrown out. Now the watch is not working and there is no charger for charging. Very bad experience. Amazon should also think of.
