Avoid this Ring at any ‘cost’
It is no wonder that Boat sold this ring at a steep discount. They wanted to get rid of the inventory as fast as possible. The ring is junk and I am not sure where to start..it losses connectivity with the phone every 30 seconds when it is close to the phone and hardly connects when it is slightly away. The number of activities it can track are a long list but it does a poor job of tracking it. Even the most basic one, Walking, it gets it wrong and of course you will have to keep the phone in your hand if you want it to be connected through the activity and this problem essentially makes it impossible to track any other activity in the list.Sleep tracking is a huge let down. I would have still given 3 stars if sleep was tracked well but it is an absolute waste. It had me sleeping 2 hours before I hit the bed multiple days and twice started the tracking 3 hours after I slept.I could keep going but I am like the ring..let me just stop.

Good Product. Working as expected.
It is a great product. I saw there were several negative reviews, but it is good for the price range. As one review already says, use a QRing app instead of the Boat app. The QRing app is far superior and smooth while connecting. If you are a smart watch user, go for it, you will have mental peace because of fewer distracting notifications. I won’t say it is always connected to Bluetooth, but when I open the QRing app, it quickly syncs and shows me the data accurately. Its sleep tracking is also accurate, but the ring size should be checked properly because, for tracking health parameters, the ring should be a proper fit. So far, it is working great. I hope it will keep working like this and that the battery will last long, because it has a non-replaceable battery like other rings and bands these days, which makes it useless if there is some issue with the battery. Still, overall a great product, and I would recommend it over a smart watch.

Worst wearable gadget in the market
This product should be in contention for being one of the worst wearable gadgets in the market. I’ve been using mine in conjunction with an Apple Watch Ultra for over a month and here’s why you shouldn’t cheap out and buy something else:1. Interface : glitchy. Once the app starts syncing with the ring, you can’t scroll or do anything else.2. Steps : on an average, recorded 60% of my phone/watch data. Even when in workout mode, the phone and watch recorded nearly the same amount of steps. Even when compared to apps like Strava, the ring was inaccurate.3. Sleep : I think this feature was a parody addition to the ring. If at all you get up while you’re sleeping, the ring stopped recording any further data once you go back to sleep. Secondly, it doesn’t record any afternoon naps at all.3. O2/Stress : Another heavy deviation from Apple Watch data. Highly inaccurate.4. Battery/Charging : the only decent/good part of the ring. A full charge gets you 2 days of usage when set on maximum logging/recording. The case has an inbuilt battery which made charging on the go convenient.Overall, a sad product and poor interface. The hardware seems good but pathetic software and app interface. Seems like developers are more keen on cross selling their other products on the app than actually focusing on measuring health vitals.I do not recommend this product at all.

Great for step count, not for sleep tracking, order a size less than actual
This smart ring looks beautiful on your hand, there’s no doubt about it. My main intention was to track my step count without having to wear a watch the whole time and this ring does that brilliantly.Size is a bit of an issue, I accurately measured my ring size for my index finger and ordered it accordingly, yet when I received the product, it seemed bigger than the actual size, so now I’m wearing it on the middle finger rather than the index finger as intended. My advice would be to buy a size smaller than your actual size.On the flip side, this is definitely not made for sleep tracking as the data for that is way off than the actuality. Some days it doesn’t track at all and some days it just puts some random numbers. I’d stay away from this if my main intent is to track sleep. I’m using a different wearable to track my sleep, hence this feature wasn’t my priority in the first place. It seems to track the other vitals accurately more or less. Go for it, if you want to track your steps without having to wear a watch all the time.

Pick Proper Size, Keep Dry
Edit 10.10.24 : Five StarsI was quite happy using the black coloured ring that i also bought the silver coloured ring too. Sadly that one didn’t record my stress or spo2 properly so i ordered a replacement, and they replaced it in 2 days!! That’s really really fast. This one’s working fine. Got this ring for just 2.5k in amazon sale. Those who are comparing this one to a 50k apple watch are delusional imo. Pls stop giving 2 or 3 stars to this product. Value for money is just awesome.Four Stars!I was quite apprehensive on buying this product as it had only 2.7 stars. Was expecting disappointment. But was pleasantly surprised on how good the value for money and innovation is.Please keep this in mind before buying :1. Buy the Proper Size : The size chart is there i the product page. Use a thread or paper and measure your finger circumference. The ring must have a proper fit for sensors to track.2. Keep the device Dry : Its water resistant, still the sensors won’t work properly if there’s water between the ring and finger.3. Charge the Device first : please charge the device fully upon first use. Will help a lot in first time syncing4. Don’t put all sensors to automatic : if you set all three sensors to automatic battery will burn faster.5. Sync with a phone which has internet : The ring needs to update its firmware to fix its bugs6. Its only 3.75 K : don’t expect it to work like a 50k apple watch. It’s a cheap activity tracker. You paid only 1/10 of money so you are going to get only 1/10 of an apple watch :DSo in short, its an innovative product. If you want better measurements, go for samsung watch 4. If you want an innovative cool product, buy this.
