whole product is useless
waste of money , I ordered this watch and first issue is with charging, it is not charging , My return period also completed and unable to return it, so went to authorized service centre in vijayawada, with in 5 days they replaced my product, and it is charging, But the watch is already used one and it is paired to some one else, and unable to pair my watch again, always pairing notification is going to the some one else who used that phone earlier for approval , waste of money . dont buy it

Great watch to track and talk to kids, especially in Gated communities
This is a very good product made for kids.Pros:* Watch is simple with not many options to confuse the kids.* Looks wise also good* Most importantly the features that were given to track and call are really wonderful* Voice call is great with a lot of clarity. Video call is equally good. I am pleasantly surprised by the call clarity* Both voice calls & video calls can be initiated from both the sides* You can restrict the calls to the family members only, can remove the dial pads to avoid kids talking to the others etc.* You can also watch and listen to the watch secretly in a situation where it is needed* SOS Panic calling to alert the parents* The watch also has a wifi connection, so it works with the WIFI also.Cons:* Battery is a minor downside of the watch. You would get a day. I think it drains a lot due to the sim card present inside it. But if you charge everyday that’s not a problem* GPS fencing is a little hit or miss. It would inform me when my kid is in, but misses to notify when the kid goes out of the fence. Not very reliable. But otherwise, on demand GPS tracking works like a charm.Conclusion:Over all, a great watch. This is really helping me to trace and talk to my kid whenever I want to. I very much recommend this watch.

Most worthless overpriced watch
Such a worthless product. Boat has genuinely hit a new low — they’re now duping innocent parents with this useless, overpriced kids watch. We bought this watch in end of September 2024 for my daughter, and it literally stopped working by December. We raised the issue with Boat support, and after dragging the case for months, they finally took the watch back in February… only to give us a replacement that belonged to some other child!Yes, the “replacement” watch they sent was already synced to another mother’s phone. That lady even told us she couldn’t remove the sync from her end, which meant we could never track our own daughter. On top of that, this so-called replacement was clearly an old, heavily used watch — scratched, worn out, and absolutely nowhere close to the condition of our original watch, which was practically new and used barely for two months.That old watch somehow survived for a few more months, but now even that has completely fallen apart. The dial came off, the cheap plastic casing broke, the strap popped out — basically the whole thing has disintegrated. And now, conveniently, it’s out of warranty and we’re left with nothing. ₹6,000 completely wasted on this pathetic product.And now Boat is out there planning their overvalued IPO? Seriously, stay FAR away — from their products and from their IPO. Fraud company, and fraud Aman Gupta.

Decent watch but a tad expensive
Have purchased the BOAT Wanderer and Sekyo Carewpal watches.Starting off,the boat software and interface is better than the Sekyo.Charging time for BOAT is 1 hr while Sekyo takes around 3 hrs.Have an android phone, the BOAT was not easy to set up in my phone and after lot of trial and errors itgot going.Sekyo customer service is top notch. Whatever query i had, they were quick to resolve.Both the phone chargers are bad. Conked off within 3 months of use. Typical Chinese products.We can hear the kids conversation if the child does not pick the call in both phones which is a useful feature.Have not used GPS tracking.Camera is poor in both the phones.Overall, found both phones a tad expensive and not worth the price.

Good product, poor battery life.
This is a good, useful product. Works quite well. Was able to set up without any issues.Main problem is that the battery seems quite small and doesn’t hold charge for more than a few hours (4-5 hours at best) even with battery saver mode turned on. We have had to keep it on charge continuously every day so that it can be used when needed. However, that worries me since that can kill the battery over time rather quickly since batteries are often limited to a certain number of charge / discharge cycles.

Very good product and useful
Very useful product and easy to track the kid. Very compact one, good for both audio and video call. On the other sid The watch display was not working after few months of usage and when I raised complaint the boat team helped immediately in getting the product replaced with another one of same colour.
