Item is dead on arrival – never turned on or charging. Amazon replace or return page is only providing circular options, so you are stuck and can’t do anything. I have been using Amazon for quite long but this is most a nightmare to deal when you received a defective product and Amazon won’t allow to return, replace it or provide immediate refund.
