This is good quality smart watch.First of all it’s look is amezing with best quality design and it is fit to hand.Display of the watch attractive and looks fantastic with 2.01” HD display and super responsive and also decent brightness facility.It has the emergency of SOS it provide a sense of security.Another quality feature is nevigation facility with quick and accurate.More than sufficient active modes.It has another important feature is calling facility.Health tracking features like measurement of heart rate and SpO2.Speaker is decent.Others facility like live sports scores, QR code hub,camera mood, weather update,notification,stopwatch,alarm,flashlight,music control,voice assistant,games,find phone & many more are very good.Charging Facility & battery backup is well.Overall this is very good quality product,value for money.

Iffaa Worst Smart watch Ever award goes to one and only Boat..
This smartwatch from boAt is a complete waste of money!I bought it expecting a decent battery life, but the battery drains ridiculously fast. I’m talking about maybe half a day of light use before it needs to be charged again. It’s supposed to be a “smart” device, but it spends more time on the charger than on my wrist. This makes it practically useless for tracking sleep or for using all day.To make matters worse, when I contacted customer support about this clear defect, I was met with resistance. They kept giving me generic troubleshooting steps that did nothing. When I finally requested a replacement for what is obviously a faulty unit, they refused to provide one.A product with a battery life this poor, backed by terrible customer service that won’t stand behind their product, deserves zero stars. Do NOT buy this if you expect a functional battery or any kind of post-sale support. Save your money and look for a different brand!

Good quality
this feature really helps to receive payment from customer, just raise your hand towards the customers. Also you can customise your watch face by your Phone gallery pictures, plus it’s give you symbolic GPS navigation, Live sports update. And also have generic smartwatch features. But there is also some technical glitches like 5G network weakness sometimes, sometimes blutooth connection problem, BOAT CREST APP draining phone’s battery fast. Also have charging glitch it’s hard to charge after 97% and takes time to starting charge. You can’t set your own song as ringtone, and there is no notification tone it’s only vibrate when notify, don’t recieving notification from some must have apps like outlook, phonepay, also sometimes missing notification and score update, no weather update, no double tap screen wake up, hopefully wating for update, Although according its price these minor problems are compromisable.THE QUALITY SCORE CARD GIVEN BELOW

Disappointed with the product.
Purchased in March 2025, I need to recharge the battery every day since purchased. The battery drains within a day. Also the app seems to be faulty. Sometimes the step count shown on earlier day does not appear while using the app the next day. It shows the count as 0. This happens at least once in a week. Hence not happy with the product.

Recommend not to buy
The product button was complaint and not working after 5 months use. So I claimed for warranty .The product received in warranty seems like used product withscratches and inefficient packing. I raised the claim again and received the same old product. I ‘m unsatisfied with their product and customer support. Recommend not to buy.
