    I would like to share that I received the Bounce Fit 144 Bluetooth neckband. The sound clarity and product quality are impressive for this price range, but the ANC feature is not fully functioning.

    Purchased: Jul 19, 2025 · Dead by: Oct 2025Stopped working in ~2.5 months—unacceptable for a daily-use neckband.Zero support: multiple customer-care calls and emails to info@bouncefit.net received no response.Warranty feels meaningless; you’re left chasing a brand that won’t engage.Verdict: Avoid. The hardware failed quickly and the company didn’t stand behind it. Choose a brand with proven reliability and real RMA/customer support.
