The headset is working properly. Quality is good and it’s comfortable on the years. The position of the mic is adjustable. The item is somewhat expensive though, but worth the money!

Did not receive new product
Like you can see in the image. That’s exactly how the condition was when I removed the packaging 📦 The headset was outside pouch and one of the ear muffs already has come off. The box does not appear brand new but rather like refurbished product. Regarding headphone it’s comfortable, light and Noise cancellation does work well. Unfortunately unable to return it because I work and I need headset Unfortunately. If they provide new headphone then I believe it’s worth the money else Logitech has good option too. I used to believe Flipkart we face such used products but Amazon has lowered their standards too i believe. Also I wish the volume section I wish had a clip so that it could be hanged on shirt or Tshirt. Otherwise in general the product looks fine. As much as I wish to give 5 rating they leave me no choice but to give 3 so that they won’t cheat others are take this into consideration very seriously.

Functionality is outstanding.The other folks in the conference were wowed by the quality of the microphone. They claimed it far exceeded the sound of anyone else they heard. I used to be a radio disc jockey 50 years ago, so this was music to my ears.Cord length about right, and for the sound quality reported by others, the price is remarkable. It was comfortable for the 75 minutes I wore it, but I am unable to quantify it’s all-day comfort at this time.
