Very Bad Quality picture
I purchased the CP Plus 2.4 dome camera with the expectation of good picture quality, but unfortunately, the video quality is very poor and does not meet the standards I had hoped for. To make matters worse, when I tried to return or replace the product, Amazon canceled my request citing internal policy. This was very disappointing, as customers expect both quality products and reliable after-sales service. I hope CP Plus improves the performance of this camera and Amazon reviews its policies to better support genuine customer concerns.
