Zero rupees replacement! Just call customer care and told everything! Within 2 days engineer visit and fixed it!, check my images and videos.Overall laptop is great 😸! I bought this laptop only 29k because of credit card discount..

Don’t buy this product, within 2 months it has become very slow and have to wait 10 mnts to get boot up…and when complaint is given no service is given.

Budget Laptop servers our purpose.
Laptop is good. I am writing this review after 1 week of usage. After all card offers, I bought this laptop for 29k. Good for this budget. I am also using HP Pavilion, so giving some comparative analysis.Pros:1. Budget – 29k.2. I bought this for small tasks like document works, online class YouTube and studies purpose. It served the purpose excellently not much lag. Speed okayish (But I think if we add another RAM that might be nice).3. Display Quality is Good.4. Light weight laptop.5. Microsoft Office 2021 for lifetime.Cons:1. Very slow charging. Also, Battery lifetime is small, drains within 3 hours.2. Heating issues, Technology have advanced a lot but still in 2025 laptop heating this much is unacceptable. Old laptops of HP like 2018-19 models does not heat this much.3. Audio clarity is very very poor. I have used HP Pavilion, and its audio clarity is unbeatable.4. Keyboard is black and also lack of backlight makes irritating (I had backlight in my other laptop).5.Front cam quality is poor.So, the thing is Budget. If your budget is less also if your usage is limited go for it. In my view this laptop is ok for 29k. But still reducing one star for heating issue and poor battery.
