Better than what I expected
Better than what I expected. Just that it doesn’t have the charger with C port but I have a dock so it works nicely. Connected 3 monitors.. After all its latitude.. engineering laptop. Nice and warranty as well automatically updated. Good work Dell!!

DON’T purchase the Laptop in online
My Suggestion is don’t purchase the Laptop through Online. I received the product with the sealed box, when I open the Laptop I saw all the screws were open in the backside and the back door is slightly lifted up. Immediately on the same day I raised the Inspection request but the guy came only after a week later and he did the inspection and mentioned that I will receive a replacement or refund. But after that no response from any one, and when I contacted Amazon support they mentioned that they are not responsible for the Inspection and by the time the product return period also got over. Right now I’m having some defective product with me and now I need to take to the Dell service center and explain everything to them. Even the Laptop battery is very poor and it’s not even working for 2 hours without power supply. These guys are replacing the spare parts in between and it’s like a kind of scam.

Very Great product with i3 13th generation processor and 16gb DDR5 RAM. Great product then my previous laptop HP laptop 250r. Dell is much faster then HP.
