laptop is not working. display is not coming
Received the product, but did not open the box as waited for the service expert. three times they changed the visit schedule. today he visited and opened the box. checked the laptop and found screen is not working. Now I am in trouble to get the replacement also as the time given for refund is delayed. please seeking help.

It is sleek light weight, simple just like tablet. Efficient in multitasking, got delivered on time, but outer packaging was not good,it was torn and taped with cello tape, outer box was taped by local cello tape not by amazon tape.however inside the box another box was present that kept safe the product.For students, and home users should buy this. Better than intel i 3.fast ne reliable.
