Value for money laptop
I have purchased it for 31k. Screen quality is good, Trackpad response is very smooth, As of now there is no lag observed.Battery backup is moderate giving upto 3-4hrs on normal usage (Battery backup can be enhanced by activate power saver mode)

Awesome Laptop by Dell (Dell Inspiron 3530)
I am writing this review after using it for 2 months.1. The laptop comes with License Windows 11 Home Single Language Operating system.2. It comes with Free 1 year McAfee antivirus support. And also it has free lifetime support of Microsoft Defender Antivirus.3. The speakers are pretty good. Played the audio video file and sounds decent.4. It comes with Dell support assistant for timely updates on BIOS and other drivers updates.5. This laptop comes with Free Lifetime License Microsoft office 2021, which is quite good.6. Its battery backup is overall good, however if the brightness is maintained to 23%, it gives good battery backup.Overall, the performance of the laptop is pretty decent for home and office use.

Amazon / seller did not provide what was included in the deal while ordering and in the invoice too
Warranty was valid for 7 months and was only basic warranty instead of 1 yearMSOffice 2024 and MacAfee with 15 month subscription was not installed.I was told that as a customer I need to contact Dell, Microsoft and MacAfee to get the issue sorted out.Had to make several calls to sort out these and no solution provided. Seller walked away saying they have no technical knowledge. Not ready to return the laptop by giving reasons.Already had to spend several hours on call with customer care. They put the call on hold for several minutes. They say that investigation is being done to find out why software are not installed and not letting to return the laptop.It has been a very painful and time killing, pathetic experience.I would never be buying things from Amazon, given such a customer (un) support

MS OFFICE IN THE LAPTOP IS A FARCE. YOU HAVE TO PAY Rs.9000 PA FOR MS OFFICE
The product description says that the laptop is pre loaded with Windows 11 and MS office H &S. I have received the laptop and after starting it I find that Windows 11 has been loaded. How ever the only MS office Home version is preloaded. Most importantly the version is not even basic. If you start working on any of the MS office products like MSWORD, MS EXCELL, you will have a large pop window on the right side, saying that the version is not free and you haveto subscribe for MS office 365 @ 8500 per annum. Even while working there are advertisements which occupy your work area.My question is did Amazon, indicate in its product description about the non-availability of MS office. I feel it is deceptive on the part of Amazon and Microsoft, that they have not clarified the position in the product description,which may mislead the customers like me.Please be aware you will be getting MS Office only for name sake and you have to eek out at least 9000 pa for the regular ad free version for ad free working

It’s good but built quality could have been better, u feel there is a scope of improvement.Device hangs a little bit but none of the other branded laptops are available at this price
