Do not give service in warranty period
Do not buy this.My laptop’s screen does not get on ,within 3 months.This is under warranty. So, we contacted Dell customer care. But they refuse to attain the complaint. Saying that this problem does not come under warranty. And ask to get it done from outside. So, we paid Rs 5500 /- for repairing.

DO NOT BUY LAPTOPS FROM AMAZON (especially Dell Laptops)
I strongly advise not to purchase laptops from Amazon website.I purchased Dell laptop (Dell Inspiron 3530, Intel Core i7 13th Gen – 1355U, 16GB RAM, 512GB) through Amazon website, and from the very first day it had issues — continuous fan noise, vibration, and heating problems.Instead of arranging a replace or return/refund, Amazon directed the issue to contact Dell support, points to a poor customer experience.Dell diagnosed and confirmed that there’s an issue with the fan and they will replace the defective fan. They will not replace laptop. This is a trap. A repair on newly purchased device defeats the purchase of buying it as new. Please make note of this point while buying Dell laptops.Even after 3 months issue still not resolved by Dell and Amazon.Laptops sold through Amazon seems to be defective and quality concerns. Hence be cautious while buying laptops from Amazon.It’s recommended to buy from retail stores as they are more supportive in resolving such issues (with replacement or return of defective products).
