Needs major windows integration improvements
I have been using these for 3 months.Good:1/ Both the build and the sound quality are good2/ iOS connectivity works like a charmBad:1/Windows connectivity is a hit and miss (more misses than hits). I am using the connector provided by Dell, but the Bluetooth connection is unstable.2/ Volume from the mic boom is low when using windows laptops (this has been told repeatedly by my colleagues whenever I attend the calls using my laptop)3/ Feels tight on the ears after continuous use

Amazing product from Dell
Recently bought the device. It’s doing pretty decent job with features like ANC, mute/unmute, pick/end call, volume control buttons. I used for 5-6 hours continuous and have no issues at all. The other best thing we got with this device is we can connect PC & Mobile using both USB & USB-C connectors.

Was looking for a head set to use with teams, didn’t expect to get some by Dell. But was very surprised after watching some reviews. Had them for 6 weeks, no real complaints.Only thing I wish was ANC on ear phones was a bit stronger. Can still hear co workers on their calls. Otherwise they are very nice!

The noise cancelling is great and they are very comfortable. Only real complaint is that the mic volume is pretty low. I really need to speak up in order to be heard.
