I’ve been using Digitek products regularly and have rarely faced any issues. However, this was the first time I ordered a mic on Cash on Delivery, and I was shocked to receive an empty box. Since the package felt unusually light, I recorded an unboxing video—though it was shot with one hand while opening the box with the other. I uploaded the video as proof.Anyone purchasing should make sure to record the unboxing properly to avoid any complications. That said, Digitek is generally a reliable brand in terms of product quality. I will share an update once the refund is processed, as another item was also missing from the package.

At first trial it din’t work well. But i tried for the second time with both mics it started working well. I tried in a main traffic road, and it worked amazingly.It doesn’t provide a full noise cancellation But noise reduction at greater extent

Bought this a couple of months back, for Youtube Videos. Its portable in size can be carried easily, even on flights. It can be connected to MacBooks iPhone or Android Phones, easy to connect, Sound Quality is good, it has a long lasting battery. Money well spent.

This time, ordered from Amazon, I received an opened box sealed with tape, with torn inner packaging and no warranty card.
