Good but USB 3.1 only in one direction
Nice product. Although note that USB 3.1 speeds will work only in 1 direction.Meaning, if your device isn’t working on USB2 speeds with this adapter, remove the type-c cable of your device and connect it upside down to this adapter.Otherwise good build. Flexible cable.

Good for quick data transfer
I don’t post the reviews so often, but I had to for this one. I am a professional cinematographer, and I use Blackmagic cinema camera on SSD to keep my footages intact…. I was looking for a cable which has to be short enough to not add any ounce on my camera body. I found this cable, my first reaction about this cable, by look it may look cheap in quality but the performance, is good enough which is required… having an average writing speed of 600MBPS is sufficient for my SSD, and on my camera too, the camera doesn’t lag while recording the footage, or the playback never stuck, overall, my last take away would be, at this price this is offering decent performance, which obviously could get better, as it says 40gbps, I don’t have the devices to check the bandwidth… My SSD supports 10gpbs only, that too reaches 800MBPS with their original cable… 600MBPS with ETZIN cable… but it does well….
