I have a pathetic experience with the support system of Fire Boltt.The support system of Fire Boltt is a catastrophe. It’s a robotic, unresponsive mess that churns out generic replies without any consideration for the actual issue. I’ve sent multiple messages, each one a plea for help with a simple problem – which app to install on my smartphone to connect to my watch – and yet I’m met with the same lazy, unhelpful response every time. It’s glaringly obvious that no human is bothering to read my messages, and I’m essentially talking to a brick wall.The fact that I’ve had to send three consecutive messages with the same question, only to receive the same useless reply, is a stark reminder of the incompetence that plagues your support team. I was not asking for a complex solution; I was asking for a basic answer that any half-competent support person should be able to provide.Get them act together and hire people who can actually help customers, or admit that they are not capable of providing decent support. Stop pretending to care about resolving issues when it’s clear they are not even trying.It is unfortunate that the system has no option to give ZERO or MINUS stars, which this company deserves.

This is so amazing,mainly the curved and Amoled display makes it top notch. I got this at 1699 only its really value for money. ❤️ If you guys like squred display over round then then no doubt it will be your great choice. Talking about features… It has in bulit mic , speaker and more then 100 sports mode, quality amoled display, leather belt as wel as rubber and many more are there. You can also make call and rcv call from this smart watch you can say it’s a all in one smart watch which dynamic metal body look makes its more awesome and as said before its value for money watch and looks amazing with square size curved display . Many colours are also available with various dail body colour . Go for it !
