   Faulty, not charging.
   It was not charging, thankfully it was replaced by brand, it was pretty hassle-free and quick. Prolonged use will tell us how it is.Update- The new , exchanged product is working fine , after 5-6 months of regular, continuous use.

   Terrible quality; dead in 4 months!
   I’m a long time Fitbit user, for over 12 years, starting with the very first device they ever made, and a dozen Fitbit devices since. Been a huge fan.However, in the last 2 years, product quality has been deteriorating rapidly (perhaps since they were bought out). I’ve bought 3 Charge 5’s (all lasted less than a year), and this newest Charge 6 died within 4 months! This one suddenly died, wouldn’t charge, wouldn’t come on. And being an experienced user, I have tried everything I know to get it working again. No joy.Fitbit support (atleast in India) is non-existent; locating a support number is a herculean task, and speaking to them is a many-hour process. I am currently trying to have them honour the 1-year warranty, and I’m told I have to physically take the dead device to a centre 30km away, and they will then (subject to their approval), send it to the Google office in another city, and THEN determine whether I get a replacement or a refund… sigh.I have now purchased a device that is three times cheaper.RIP Fitbit. Never again…

   I had a terrible experience with this product. I used it for a year, and it suddenly stopped working. Initially, I couldn’t find any way to contact customer support. After some effort, I found a Twitter account, but they informed me that since the one-year warranty had expired, they couldn’t help. This isn’t my first disappointment with Fitbit—this is my third device, and all of them stopped working after about a year. Each time, repairs were not possible, and the warranty had expired, leaving me with no options.I strongly advise potential buyers: only purchase this if you’re prepared to replace it after 13–14 months. It’s an expensive device with no reliable service or support.

   Stopped working in just 3 months!
   I used this Fitbit Charge 6 for only three months and the screen suddenly turned completely white. It’s a shame for a product from such a big brand.I tried everything, including the hard reset, but no luck. The device is just dead.The real issue for customers in India is that there are no authorized service centers. Where are we supposed to go? I have now contacted Google support and am waiting to hear back about a repair or replacement.I will update this review based on what they say. But as of now, I feel totally cheated. Think twice before buying.

   Better than the rest.
   Accuracy is perfect for heart rate and sleep tracking.If you want no bs health tracking this is the most accurate and value for money device you will find.I ordered the porcelain one, it looks little weird and eye catching should have ordered the black one, it looks much more premium.Any ways bought the black strap.

   Good fitness tracker, but atrocious battery performance…
   This is a revised review, rating down from 5* that I had given earlier. The device seems to have a severe battery degradation problem. After a year of use, it gets to charging the device once in two days. Then once a day. Then (about 19 months later) it has reached a stage where the battery is almost dead. The device just goes off even when the battery shows 60%, even in the middle of a walk. When I try to charge, it restarts at 60% – so what just happened? I have trashed the device and decided to try a Huawei Band 10, now.

   反応が良くなり、サイドのボタンのおかげで、操作性が良くなりました。唯一難点は、スイカが使えないこと。でも、これは以前使っていたスマホのスイカがじゃましているらしいので、この製品のせいではありませんが、解決できていません。

    I bought this to track my heartbeat only. It’s not very good at tracking my sleep and it’s definitely wrong on the number of steps I take, and since they are small steps it has literally no idea how many calories I am burning.Now the good stuff. Display is pretty good and it tracks the heart rate well. O2 might be less accurate, but it’s not something I track often. It’s useful having a watch again since I am one of the rare people who leave their phone in another room when I sleep.Reminders to move around are ok, but i don’t bother with any of that stuff.

    I love Fitbit and this is my 4th Fitbit. But this new Fitbit Charge 6 may have problem which is still pending. The tracking of Zone mins for exercises is not working properly. I have already contacted Fitbit Customer Support 3 times and they couldn’t resolve the problem and is still pending. The photo showed that I have clocked 8283 steps & burnt 2,981 calories and yet I have zero Zone mins.The second photo showed the tracking of my Charge 5 and the new Charge 6 side by side for the same exercise. When the Charge 5 reached 125 BPM, the Charge 6 only clocked 58 BPM. The new Charge 6 seems to track lower. With my Charge 5, when I wear it to play Pickleball for 2-3 hours, I clocked about 70-120 zone mins but with the Charge 6, it clocked zero Zone mins??
