My first garmin and it is outstanding
Why you should buy?- Excellent Fitness tracking- GPS, Wifi, Bluetooth- Spotify (in Music Edition): Go on runs, with music on and forget about holding or carrying a mobile.- Excellent Mobile App (And website and desktop too) where you can access all stats- Excellent Support by other third-party fitness/workout/running apps like Nike Run Club and Strava ( Just go on a run and get the record in all your apps automatically)- Battery life (11 days with smartphone mode, actually delivers that) Buying a Apple would make you charge it everyday but for Garmin get better accuracy and forget about charging. Why not to buy?- Small Screen- If you need a full fledge smartwatch where you need all other non-sports third-party application support too. (Get an apple watch in that case or some android based)- Battery Backup is 7-8 hours if you keep GPS on (with active tracking some activity) and keep playing music non-stop. (Not really a con as you will never workout or run for 7-8 hours.)- If you don’t want to experience the awesomeness.

Dismal experience; persistently inaccurate
Just from 11th day of receipt of this watch, it started giving wrong readings. After 150 intense jumping jacks, it was giving a reading ~65 and on the two Oximeters, the reading were ~145. This affects the intensity minutes, too. Even its stress monitor is terrible. Very erratic. However, the sleep monitor and GPS are accurate. But with such terrible heart sensor, the watch is utterly useless. I have updated the firmware and yet no change in its accuracy. And this is not a one-off. Persistently it has given incorrect readings, and now it seems, I have wasted my money. I tried contacting Amazon, but no help. I am yet to receive a response from Garmin India. I am writing this review after nearly 45 days of use. It jeopardizes the whole workout and weekly plans and is very demotivating.

Premiumness is missing
Even at this price premiumness is missing specially display. Display bezel is very broad.UI is not user friendly.Features are upto the mark.Overall not justifying the price until unless you are not Garmin fan.

Love this
Got it delivered in a day and well it’s super accurate and the app works really well on ios, battery life seems crazy good compared to other watches (lol apple watch dies in a day of use) this thing goes easily for 10 days-ish. Im loving this watch so far, if you are trying to track your activity for your fitness goals this is one of the best in the market

Very disappointed with Heart Rate in-accuracy and in-consistency
I have recently switched to Garmin Venu Sq2 from Fitbit Versa 4. For the last 10 days I have been wearing both the watches. During my runs I have noticed that Garmin heart rate is consistently lower than my Fitbit by 50-70 bpm. I am very sure of Fitbits accuracy and consistency as I have verified it with other references many times. But Garmin is very inconsistent. during my last 5 k run, the Garmin was about 55 bpm lower than Fitbit for the first 3 km or so and suddenly in the middle of the run it jumped from 118 bpm to 170 bpm without any intervention from me, this 170 was closely matching the Fitbit. This is very bad and disappointing because heart rate accuracy and consistency is the most important feature of a sports watch!P.S: The only reason I switched from Fitbit (after 9 years) is it seems Google is phasing out Fitbit app as well as its watches to push Googles own pixel smart watches.
