Cloud App: The Cloud App feature doesn’t work properly. It hangs every time I use it, and I have to keep doing a factory reset. So you can’t use youtube, amazon. youtube video quality is 3rd class.Overall: It’s a basic feature phone and not worth the price. Too costly for what it offers.Volume: OkayCall Quality: OkayBattery Life: GoodTouch Quality: OkayFeatures: Very basic, like a keypad phone, but with a touchscreen.Ease of Use: When using the browser or Cloud App, the keyboard covers the whole screen, so you can’t see what you’re typing.

It’s good feature phone(Hybrid) everything works fine and the quality is also good as feature phone.1.The sound quality is good at this price.2.Touch works fine.3. The apps works fine.4.Internet is working good.But I’ll rate it with 4 stars cause it got no gpay as it’s important, what’s app cause not every people will download express chat and as a hybrid phone it needs a option to download files or some low memory apk’s for downloading some html5 or java games or any app like App Store or play store cause it’s a hybrid phone mixer of feature phone and smart phone so this option is needed.

Good phone , if you need simplicity. No WhatsApp UPI payment . Good battery backup . Can access YouTube , Amazon through cloud phone . Looks good

Looks only not functionality
More looks less functionality. I am using feature phone for the last 5 years, thought of upgrade and bought this phone.Touch is good,screen is vivid,call quality is good.But search option is pathetic,cloud apps are slow and unresponsive.youtube buffers all the time.Amazon logs out every time you open it and preset for USA.Google search was not working in opera browser, yesterday onwards duckduckgo is default search engine,which is working fine.Lots of fine tuning required to make it a great phone as promised.

Worst phone under 4k
Worst phone ever. Not worth a single rupee. Don’t purchase and don’t waste your 4k. It won’t work after 3 months of normal use only use calling feature. It automatically on mobile data without clicking it quite risky. Don’t know how this small phone is making my mobile data automatically on. And lagging a lot. Very late touch response nearly 10 to 15 seconds late response after clicking on power button and any button in phone

Average not recommended
This is a feature phone but with touch average product No WhatsApp or UPI and it is a basic 4G can be used for calls only but it is cute and fits in your pocket. If HMD increase its screen size to 4 inch with android, it would have been better . It can be used as a second mobile but not as a primary one But touch sensitivity is v poor and scrolling contact is a struggle I wont recommend

Really awesome phone compact size the way a phone is suppose to be ,excellent size does all the work phone is suppose to do of making calls ,seriously a big fan of HMD for making such an awesome phone ,feels very premium and nice to hold in your hand
