USELESS PIECE OF GARBAGE
This Honor X7c 5G is hands down one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve ever made. A phone that can’t make or receive calls is basically useless, and that’s exactly what this device turned out to be. Every call drops within seconds, no matter the network or location. Worse, people trying to reach me get “busy” or “not reachable,” even when the phone is sitting right next to me with full signal and no active calls. The call quality, on the rare occasions a call lasts more than a moment, is muffled and unreliable. To make things even more frustrating, Amazon’s so-called 10-day return policy is completely meaningless. The technician who came to “inspect” the device refused to acknowledge the issue, even when it was demonstrated in front of him multiple times. It felt like a scripted refusal, not a real inspection. This phone is a total waste of money and nothing short of garbage.

Decent phone for its price
Great looking phone, especially the back. Seems fast too. Good to hold in the hand. Bought this phone as a backup and due to its nfc, only phone in this range I could find. Downsides – The Android version is one version older, not a huge fan of honor’s os, camera is absolutely terrible. The box was missing the protective case, seller has not responded.
