Disappointing product and service
I got a laptop with faulty thermal fan. I asked Amazon to get the product replaced but they told me it will be replaced by the company and not by them. Then the customer care executive told me that I should’ve read the replacement policy before buying. I then approached HP for the replacement and they told me I can’t get it replaced just because I have lost the laptop Box and they need a proof of purchase. I mean I am providing the invoice, the warranty slip, and the serial number on invoice verifies the serial number on laptop. What more proof do you need? Then their system engineer told me that it is my fault that it can’t get replaced because I don’t have a cardboard box.A cardboard box is now costing me 52k. Make it make sense to me please.

Good product.
Good product using it from more than 3 months work fine. I had to contact HP customer care for correcting the warranty of my product from purchase date as it’s warranty was start from earlier month that was manufacture date. Anyone can correct it very easily. Battery last for 2-3 hours depends on work you are doing.

Keyboard issue
I recently purchased this HP laptop, and within just 15 days, the keyboard power button is already damaged. The laptop has been used very carefully, so this kind of issue so early is really disappointing. I expected better build quality and durability from HP. I request Amazon and HP to look into this issue and provide a replacement or repair at the earliest.

It doesn’t have backlit keyboardHalf of Warranty period is over.. Made me wonder if it was opened by the distributor..If these are not an issue, it is a good option at this price.
