Everything is perfect about this product and delivery as well. I was a bit nervous of being scammed. But amazon deserves a credit for good delivery experience.About laptop: Everything is perfect.Only con noticed so far is- while watching YouTube in higher resolution like 1080 premium display lags little bit. And sound is little too low.Overall I am satisfied with this product.

Best HP Laptop — Fixed Light & Fan Issue Easily by Disabling Fast Startup
Bought an HP 15 (Intel Core Ultra 5 125H) laptop and noticed the power light stayed on with a faint fan sound even after shutdown. Thought it was a defect, but it’s actually because of Windows Fast Startup.To fix it, go to:Control Panel → Power Options → Choose what the power buttons do → Change settings → Uncheck “Turn on fast startup” → Save.After this, the laptop shuts down completely and the light turns off normally.Fast Startup just makes boot a bit faster, so disabling it is totally safe.Great laptop overall — smooth performance once this setting was adjusted! 👍

Don’t Buy HP Product and don’t buy from Amazon platform Corporate fraud or Institutional Cheating
Do not buy this product. It overheats excessively, and HP is being deceptive in their sales practices.They are selling the HP Care Package on their official online store for an additional ₹4,999, which includes 2 years of extended warranty, 3 years of antivirus, and 3 years of Accidental Damage Protection.However, if you purchase the same laptop from Amazon, HP offers the same HP Care Package at an inflated cost of ₹14,000.The build quality is extremely poor and the product offers no value for money. The laptop’s performance is subpar, and its functionality is very disappointing. Even more concerning, the online warranty was registered three months before my actual purchase date, which is unacceptable.Portability is also a major issue. Due to severe overheating, carrying or using the laptop for extended periods becomes impossible. Forget ease of use — the constant fear of battery damage or explosion due to overheating will always linger in your mind.Overall, this feels like a case of “Corporate fraud” or “Institutional Cheating” or “Organized Cheating” by both Amazon and HP. They manipulate pricing by suddenly dropping the price at midnight to influence customer decisions. Customers are lured by the discount, only to be overcharged later for essential support services.Additionally, they do not offer a “Pay on Delivery” option. So if you choose to return the product, your money will be stuck for 6–7 days, adding further inconvenience.

Overall review
Doesn’t heat as much as i5 h series, display quality and color accuracy is poor, as expected in this price range, light, but just large enough to fit in an average backpack, okish build, used to restart out of blue, doesn’t happen anymore, the npu isn’t of much use coz copilot ai is terrible(unless u are thinking of building light nnms). Battery life is effectively 5 hrs, which is good enough in thos range.

warranty mismatch issue
The main problem is with warrantyWhen I bought the laptop and tried to register it on the HP site, I found the warranty had already started 2 months ago.HP says the problem is with the warranty slip issued by Amazon, they can’t amend warranty without amended P-slip.I have since then been trying to get Amazon to send me a proper P-slip but I have not been successful, every time I call them I am told to wait for a few more days. Apparently the seller is not issuing the amended P slipThe laptop itself seems to be good, have been using it for 3 weeks so this is an intial feedback.The drawbacks so far :1. Num Lock key does not have a light so you do not know if it is On or Off2. No backlit keyboard3. No fingerprint scanner for quick loginThe plus points:1. Good camera2. Good storage3. Decent speed and battery life4. Not too heavy
