The headphone is best to take calls on Skype, teams, slack, zoom, meets, or any calling software. I use it in Ubuntu and it works flawless. Easy plug and play connectivity via USB. The sound quality is awesome. Even to watch movies and play music. The call and mic quality is good and has some amont of noise reduction. My client calls are super clear and they hear me loud and clear. The buttons are super handy to mute/unmute or adjust the volume. Comfortable on ear and does not pack the ear and are not tight. Hence, no pain if worn long.

Not Great
Basic functions are all good, but after using it for 7 to 8 months, the USB is getting loose and does not hold the connection as soon as I move slightly, causing it to lose contact, and the person speaking will momentarily lose contact as the mic and speaker switch back to the laptop. Very irritating, and I am forced to buy a new one again.
