Warranty Issue
Got the product in physical good condition, but after doing the necessary window installation/updation i was surprised to find void in warranty.I purchased in September and warranty of hardware started from Mar and software already get void. And there was issue in the date and time aspect too, perhaps there was issue with COMS too, which is not at all acceptable for new product.Hence I return back as it was conveyed from the amazon support that nothing can be done to the warranty.But I must say the return policy of amazon is very transparent and fast.
