Value for money
Great product by HP! The laptop performs very well and offers good value for money. However, the battery backup is comparatively lower than other brands. If HP improves the battery performance, it would be an excellent all-round laptop.

Technical issue within a short span.
System network connectivity has gone within 13 months. This is the first time I had such experience while using laptop. My previous laptops viz Dell & Apple Mac book has worked more than 5 years without having any issues. When I submitted the claim to Oneassist, they said that the P slip is not matching with the Sl no of the item

disappointed and won’t buy electronic items online again i guess
very bad, started acting up just within initial few days..we asked our money back for which they make us suffer for three months or more. if it was of just a few hundred i would have left the money with them but it was almost around 1 lakh so we kept on pursuing them, we faced alot drama and now thinking wisely and listening to others, i think i shouldn’t buy electric items online because our online bought radiator also is not working well though it is of good company and we had bought it the second time, earlier one worked well for around 5 years but the one we bought last year is not good at all
