   Malfunctioning in 5 months, HP does not honor 3 Year Warranty
   Updated Review ** December 29 **Within 5 months the mouse is malfunctioning and left click jumps all over the place.Done the fundamental troubleshooting – new batteries, dust cleaning (though our house is dust proof), and it is a single user handled system.When tried to seek warranty support, there is absolutely zero support via web, phone and email for Keyboard and Mouse combo. No on in their call center knows how to get warranty support for the combo unless it was part of a full PC system.Ultimately I was advised to visit the service center. The service center kept me waiting for 45 minutes and then said getting a replacement mouse will take 20-30 days.If I have to spend 300-500 INR on travelling to get an in-warranty mouse replaced which was itself value of 1099 INR, and then wait a month for replacement, you do the math.I strongly do not recommend HP Keyboard Mouse Combos. Never again.**AUG 2023 Review**Overall simply an excellent value at this price and great features.PROS- Keyboard is quiet as! It’s such a joy to type.- Spill Proof design also is dust proof so easy to wipe- Mouse is just the right size, not too big, not to small- Entire combo is very light weight yet sturdy- Function and Multimedia keys are very responsiveCONSThere are no indicators for num and caps lock. It should not have been compromised as it can be quite difficult for those who visually depend on these indicators for their specific tasks.
