Q. Camera going offline after some time
Answer: There are 3 possible reasons
Camera provides temporary hotspot (MVXXXXXXXX); This is only for WiFi setup propose, It can’t be use for watching live. If the phone is connected to camera hotspot it will go offline after some time.If you are using mobile hotspot to provide internet then make sure the mobile hotspot is always near the camera.WiFi Range- Ideal Installation Location is within 15-20 Feet (with no interference) from WiFi Device. It’s HD video camera and needs high quality WiFi network & high internet speed.

Superb Experience
Fully Satisfied with the product received. It fulfilled all my requirements. Initial setup was little bit confused as many option to connect to your phone. The mobile app was showing to create a signup password, then wifi password to connect to the router. But thinking that it is also a camera password I wrongly entered my wifi password and the connection to the app was unsuccessfull. further to my disappointment it was showing that this product may not Support 5g network wifi. In my Home Jio Airfiber connection was there, I thought that due to the high band network the connections goes fail. But after some study through the instruction pamphlet connection got successful.Tips:1. first for initial setup put the camera near to router. holder should be fixed one, because the lens will rotate once it power on. So hanging in holder is not recommended.2. Motion track actiation is not recommended. because if you activate the lens will focus to different area from our preset angle if anything moves in the focus area. actually this is a good function, but the camera will move zig zag way to catch the detected movement and result will be missing of actual movement and once the lens reach to any wall , where there is no movement, it will stay there only.Pro’s:1. For initial setup only both camera and phone should be same wifi network. after that sitting at any place you can watch live and playback in your mobile if camera is connected to wifi.2. Can share the camera access to multiple users just by adding their username in the app. If you want to watch your children when going on duty, you can give access to any other man sitting in another place to watch them. You can edit their controlling features on camera, and cancel their access at any time.3. Vide quality is very good. Can see the clock second needle moving from a distance of 15 feet from camera. Audio is continuously catching in camera and if you want speak you can press and hold mic in the app button to speak4. You can pre-set the camera up to 6 angle. So that without any struggle of control you can easily reach to required spot when power goes off and come again. You can have arrows/screen swipe to move the lens.5. You can set red alert area to give notification in your phone when any body comes to that marked spot. Notification with snapshot will come to mobile. You can set alarm sound in camera to scare the unknown person coming the marked area, but not suggesting, becoz by this the person will come to know the camera position and can steal the camera itself( as bulb camera is very easy to remove. Suggesting to attach some dummy wires to the camera to make it feel that footages are saved in some other location, which will prevent the unknown person to touch the camera.)6. You can switch on the led lights from your phone, if required. thee modes On Off Auto. If lights are not there infrared will work and black and white footage will be there, which is also very clear.Con’s: Sound quality in the camera is no up to the marks. when speak through phone background noise and unwanted sounds are more than human sound. Anyway you can control the volume setting.Many more AI feature are there included if we purchase them.Overall this is a great product. Go for it.

This is a very good CCTV setup at a more affordable price and It does the job.Other products claim to have motion tracking, but in reality, they only have motion detection. However, in this case, there is actual working motion detection.and excellent customer service.

Misleading Feature Claims & Evasive Customer Care — Think Twice Before Buying!
I bought this camera believing it had motion tracking — the ability for the camera to follow a moving object. That’s what the product description led me to think. Instead, it only has motion detection — it just sends an alert, no camera movement at all.When I noticed the issue, I contacted customer care:> “My camera moves in the opposite direction when in motion tracking mode.”“I purchased it because your information said it tracks motion.”Their reply?> “Sir this is motion detection… there will be a difference between motion detection and motion track.”I asked them where they had clearly mentioned this difference before purchase. Silence. I pointed out that a customer only discovers this after buying — their answer was essentially, “We’ve clearly mentioned it” without showing me where.I even wrote:> “Then you should have mentioned… that your camera DOES NOT SUPPORT motion tracking. This is duping the gullible customer.”Again, no real response, no resolution, no offer to fix or refund.This kind of wordplay — using “motion” in the description without clarifying whether it’s detection or tracking — is misleading at best. Worse, their customer care showed zero ownership, shifted the blame on me, and never answered direct questions like:Where exactly was the difference explained before purchase?Why isn’t “No Motion Tracking” stated in the listing?Bottom line: If you expect the camera to follow moving objects, you’ll be disappointed — and don’t expect helpful customer care. I strongly recommend avoiding this product unless you are happy with basic motion detection onky with that price, when others offer motion detection at the same price, even lower.

Good Budget Friendly CCTV
Good product, good wide coverage. Pictures and video is clear. You need to have a proper wifi connection for it work at 100%.Had a issue with my device, but post service support is good too. Kudos to that.

Best and cost effective CCTV setup
This is a very good CCTV setup at a more affordable price and It does the job.Other products claim to have motion tracking, but in reality, they only have motion detection. However, in this case, there is actual working motion detection.Before, I thought every bulb camera was the same, but it’s not.It has good viewing area coverage.At first, you may feel that it’s complicated to configure, but once you succeed, you’ll know it was easy all along.Night vision; for me, it’s enough.The video clarity is also good.The download speed for the footage is low; it’s only around 200 kb/s, which is sufficient for this price.I’ve successfully defended myself against my co-tenants and their atrocities by investing a little money compared to a traditional CCTV setup.
